Overview

As an AI Automation Lead at Trafilea, you will design and execute the AI automation roadmap across the organization, driving cross-functional adoption and leading technical decision-making.

• Drive cross-functional adoption across Product, Marketing, Ops, and Data
• Lead technical decision-making, balancing innovation with scalability and reliability
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure impact
• Improve workflows to accelerate time-to-production
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing AI team

Requirements

• 5+ years leading high-performance tech teams in dynamic environments
• Strong experience in AI/ML systems
• Proven ability to design scalable architectures and distributed systems
• Hands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, AWS, FastAPI, Node.js or similar
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect technology with business outcomes
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking KPIs
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
• Excellent communicator, able to translate complex AI concepts into business value
• Strong ownership, prioritization, and execution skills
