Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

Scrunch AI helps top brands, agencies, and enterprises adapt to the AI-first internet. Our monitoring platform is already used by hundreds of customers. We are now launching our second product, the Agent Experience Platform. It creates a version of a customer's website optimized for usage by AI agents, with no impact on the human-facing site. Your role in Solutions Engineering will be central to making this product — and Scrunch — succeed.

In Short

• Work directly with customers, owning technical onboarding and implementation.
• Build reusable components like API clients, workflow and data integrations, automated tests, and more.
• Support the Sales team with technical expertise.
• Lead onboarding and technical delivery for new customers.
• Configure and advise on API and data integrations.
• Partner with sales and product teams to ensure customer readiness.
• Write documentation and playbooks for faster onboarding.
• Bring structured customer feedback into the product roadmap.
• 2–6 years in customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to build demos & automations using Python or TypeScript.

Requirements

• Clear communication with engineers and business stakeholders.
• Experience in pre-sales and post-sales contexts.
• A startup mindset: high ownership and speed.
• Nice to have: Experience with marketing tech and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools.
• History of creating scalable onboarding playbooks.
