Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be instrumental in growing our pre and post sales customer implementation and support team while serving as the technical bridge between customers and our internal teams.

• Serve as solutions consultant, building strong customer relationships and trust.
• Design and implement solutions for pre and post sales.
• Optimize tools and data to enhance internal workflows.
• Guide customer engineering teams on SDK and API implementation best practices.
• Triage and resolve technical issues between customers and internal teams.

• Create industry-specific playbooks and implementation guides.
• Identify innovation opportunities based on customer implementations.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on technical deep dives.
• Monitor usage metrics and work to optimize conversion rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience as a solutions engineer or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills with APIs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with API management tools and demo software.
• Knowledge of crypto and fintech.
• Technical skills: Coding, API/SDK, and AI/automation experience.
