Overview

As the Senior Manager, Software Engineering for Scout Motor’s digital products, you will be responsible for leading multiple teams of highly skilled software engineers and driving the development of digital solutions for our customers and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, 5+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and APIs.
• Knowledge of security best practices.
• Experience in start-up settings and scaling products.
• Technical leadership for complex projects.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Experience integrating with 3rd party platforms.
