Requirements

• Background in people management.
• 5+ years leading engineering teams, including as a technical lead.
• Experience with large-scale, secure distributed systems.
• Empathy for internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/Node is beneficial.
• Knowledge of AWS services and best practices.
