Overview

We are seeking a highly passionate Engineering Services Manager to lead a team in developing and implementing operational support standards across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in team management, and a passion for process optimization. This role will involve both strategic leadership and hands-on operational work to ensure efficient and scalable support services.

• Lead, manage and mentor a team of System Administration professionals.
• Develop and implement best practices and standards across IT Engineering teams.
• Manage the consolidation of alerting, monitoring, maintenance, and support processes.
• Coordinate with the team and stakeholders to build standard operating procedures.

• Analyze and refine support and maintenance processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in service management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technical infrastructure and systems.
• Proficiency in a wide variety of servers, applications, or SaaS services.
• Proven track record of organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work and work autonomously.
• Ability to manage through ambiguity and build alignment.
