• Develop, drive and execute a long term vision and strategy for Security, Privacy and Corporate Engineering products.
• Provide mentorship and growth opportunities for team members.
• Coordinate across product and engineering teams.
• Deliver and maintain a long term roadmap.
• Set and support a culture of metrics driven quality.
• Build systems around security, privacy or infrastructure.
• Design, build and ship backend services.
• Work with product management and security teams.
• Manage a team of software and infrastructure engineers.
• Maintain high performance and scalability of systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in managing a team of software and infrastructure engineers.
• 10+ years of experience developing Internet-scale software.
• Professional experience with high rate platform services for security and privacy products.
• Strong track record of managing a team.
• Strong organizational skills.
