Senior Sales Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to join our Contact Centre team in Canada. This role leads and mentors the sales consultant team, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining personal sales performance.

In Short

• Lead and mentor sales consultant team.
• Ensure operational excellence and personal sales performance.
• Conduct coaching and training for new team members.
• Monitor sales performance and KPIs.
• Build and manage a personal client portfolio.
• Identify and upsell additional products and services.
• Support adherence to policies and procedures.
• Contribute ideas for process enhancements.
• Work shifts scheduled between 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST / 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST.
• Position available for applicants legally eligible to work in Canada.

Benefits
