Overview

As a Territory Manager, you'll join our dynamic South Pacific Sales Team in either Sydney or Melbourne, driving growth through both direct end-customer engagement and close collaboration with our reseller and alliance partners.

In Short

  • Engage with prospects and partners to understand business needs and articulate our value proposition.
  • Drive the sales cycle directly with end customers and support reseller partners.
  • Generate pipeline by following up on marketing leads and executing outbound sales prospecting.
  • Build strong channel partner relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Recruit new local Scality Cloud Service Providers (SCSPs).
  • Engage proactively with key alliances to drive joint pipeline growth.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets consistently.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in tech (ideally software/IT infrastructure).
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Established network within the industry.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Self-starter attitude with high energy and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) and backup solutions (especially Veeam).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
