Overview

As a Technical Account Manager at Logixboard, you will provide application troubleshooting and technical problem-solving support for customers in the freight forwarding industry, ensuring a seamless onboarding and customer experience.

In Short

  • Manage customer onboarding and technical implementation of product integrations.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to train and support customers.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues efficiently.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through exceptional technical support.
  • Serve as a product subject matter expert for internal teams.
  • Maintain product documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Provide proactive feedback to R&D on product gaps.
  • Work autonomously in a globally distributed team.
  • 5+ years of experience in relevant roles required.
  • Excellent communication skills necessary.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Support, Success, or Technical Implementation.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL and troubleshooting web APIs (JSON, XML).
  • Experience with Enterprise-scale clients is highly valued.
  • Cargowise One or other TMS experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently in a distributed team.
