Requirements

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university
  • Demonstrated enterprise sales success with a track record of exceeding targets
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience selling software in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of the SAP ecosystem
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior executives
  • Previous experience building a region or market from the ground up
  • Exceptional 'hunter' selling skills with a relentless drive to win
  • Passion for emerging technologies and a desire to master Neptune’s functionality
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Expertise in executing a complex, solution-based enterprise sales process
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth software company
  • Ability to operate independently with an entrepreneurial mindset
