Senior Implementation Manager - Fintech - Remote

Overview

The Senior Implementation Manager is client-facing and leads the end-to-end delivery of SavvyMoney's Lending and Deposit product implementations for our financial institution Partners.

In Short

• Drive decisions and accountability across teams.
• Maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reporting.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Partner executives.
• Lead discovery, requirements workshops, and configuration reviews.
• Learn each Partner's technology stack.
• Coordinate integrations with Strategic Partners.
• Own clean handoffs from Sales into delivery.
• Surface Partner feedback to influence roadmap priorities.
• Contribute to playbooks and process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing implementation or project management.
• Working knowledge of lending and deposit products.
• Comfort with REST/JSON APIs and data mappings.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong ownership and sound judgment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
