Overview

The Sales Development Representative, Manager will be responsible for building a qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and inbound lead qualification in a flexible hybrid work environment.

In Short

  • Qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) from various channels.
  • Conduct discovery conversations using structured frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives.
  • Track activity and performance metrics in Salesforce.
  • Document effective outreach strategies to build a repeatable playbook.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales development with a strong outbound focus.
  • Proven track record of meeting outbound activity quotas.
  • Comfortable with high call volumes and consistent outreach.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales development or business development.
  • Prior SDR team lead or management experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity quotas.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services preferred.
  • Familiarity with qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools.
  • Highly organized and self-directed.
  • Motivated to prove results first, then build and scale a team.
