In Short

• Support Partner Solutions team in managing relationships with financial institution partners.
• Assist in developing marketing collateral for the Pre-Approvals solution.
• Research best practices to optimize partner usage of the solution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support partner strategies.
• Prepare campaign summaries and performance recaps.
• Assist with partner onboarding and training activities.
• Document partner interactions in Salesforce.
• Communicate product updates to partners.
• Contribute to partner-facing materials development.

Requirements

• 3+ years in marketing or partnership management in financial services.
• Experience managing clients/partners.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SalesForce.
• Experience with email campaign management tools.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools like Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
