In Short

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers.
  • Build a thorough understanding of our product and technology.
  • Translate complex product problems into actionable solutions.
  • Advise on best practices relating to fraud and compliance.
  • Monitor and communicate KPIs to clients.
  • Provide strategic analysis for long-term expansion.
  • Work with risk analytics teams to solve fraud typologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Previous compliance, fintech, or AML/KYC experience.
  • Experience with a B2B company and API integration.
  • Technical degree or background.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of SQL.
  • Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills.
  • Strong presentation skills for various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional project management abilities.
