Requirements

• 6+ years in QA or software engineering roles.
• 2+ years of management or team lead experience.
• Experience with distributed or international teams.
• Expertise in test automation for APIs and web applications.
• Proficiency with modern test frameworks.
• Comfortable writing tests in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ownership mindset.
