People Business Partner - Remote

Overview

This role is for a People Business Partner who believes that strong culture and strong performance go hand in hand - and that neither happens by accident. You’ll partner closely with functional leaders, managers and their teams by showing up with empathy, clarity, and sound judgment.

• Be a trusted thought partner to managers, helping them lead effectively through growth, ambiguity, and change
• Lead organizational design to ensure teams are structured to scale
• Ensure People practices remain compliant across all regions
• Own performance management cycles end to end
• Use People data to guide better decisions
• Be an empathetic point of contact for employee relations matters
• Coach team to navigate through performance concerns
• Partner with PeopleOps team to design learning initiatives

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in People roles
• 4+ years as a People Business Partner
• Experience supporting leaders in high-growth SaaS environments
• Familiarity with international employment laws
• Experience with globally distributed teams
• Hands-on experience in org design and performance management
• Ability to be empathetic while handling difficult conversations
