Head of AML Compliance Solutions - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Head of AML Compliance Solutions to join our team and support Sardine’s AML and Compliance product and GTM. This role will focus on providing expert guidance and enablement across various aspects of the business, including Sales, Product, and Post-Sales support.

In Short

• Lead compliance efforts for AML and compliance product suite.
• Provide expert guidance across Sales, Product, and Post-Sales support.
• Ensure products comply with AML regulations.
• Support and educate the Sales team on compliance complexities.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise compliance management program.
• Act as the compliance expert in post-sales engagements.
• Communicate complex compliance concepts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers.
• Balance strategic oversight with tactical execution.
• Relevant certifications in compliance preferred.

Requirements

• 10+ years of compliance experience, focusing on AML.
• Strong understanding of compliance technology solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of financial services and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong client-facing experience with communication skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
• Experience with compliance policy creation.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.
• Relevant certifications such as CAMS or CFE preferred.
