Overview

Ethena is seeking an experienced Head of Compliance to develop an effective compliance program, ensuring products and services comply with laws and regulations while fostering a culture of compliance across the organization.

In Short

• Develop and maintain a robust compliance program.
• Act as a subject matter expert for compliance-related inquiries.
• Partner with teams to integrate compliance into product development.
• Monitor changes in laws impacting products/services.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Execute a thought leadership strategy in the compliance space.
• Manage relationships with compliance advisors.
• Guide the creation of external-facing compliance content.
• Lead virtual and in-person compliance meetings.
• Build a network of compliance professionals.

Requirements

• Proven track record in developing compliance programs.
• Familiarity with global harassment prevention and data privacy laws.
• Ability to adapt to changing regulatory landscapes.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity.
• Experience with public speaking is a plus.
• Prior experience using Ethena’s products is a plus.
• Understanding of marketing principles is helpful.
