Overview

As the Head of Compliance & MLRO at Binance, you will lead and maintain compliance programs in accordance with local and international regulations, ensuring the organization adheres to all necessary legal frameworks.

Requirements

• Professional certification in compliance.
• Knowledge of Broker dealer business; crypto knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a global organization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with risk assessments and due diligence.
• Proficiency in compliance applications.
• Native Portuguese and fluent English; Spanish preferred.
