Ethena is a compliance platform for modern teams, offering training and compliance tools that are engaging and effective. We are looking for two Business Development Representatives to join our Marketing team, focusing on customer growth and new prospect sales.

In Short

  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Build multi-channel outbound programs to generate sales opportunities.
  • Develop creative outbound messaging to engage prospects.
  • Monitor and optimize outbound cadences for performance.
  • Leverage social networks for introductions to prospects.
  • Assist account executives with research and prospecting strategy.
  • Experience in cold outreach is essential.
  • Work in a dynamic tech start-up environment.

Requirements

  • Experience in sourcing leads and targeted outreach.
  • Strong creative writing and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools like Salesforce and Hubspot.
  • Experience with A/B testing outbound messaging.
  • Ability to work with HR, Legal, and Compliance personas is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS organizations preferred.
  • Proven success with cold calling.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Experience with AI-based workflows is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and self-starter attitude.
