Requirements

  • 3+ years in senior Customer Success or account management roles.
  • 1+ years in a leadership role preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in guiding enterprise customers through value realization processes.
  • Strong communication skills across various channels.
  • Experience with technical products.
  • Problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Experience mentoring and retaining talent.
