Overview

This role involves working closely with top customers to customize Samsara's IoT solutions for their needs and ensuring their success in utilizing the platform.

In Short

  • Work with top customers to enhance their operations using IoT data.
  • Collaborate with various teams including Sales and Support.
  • Compose success plans with customers outlining objectives and metrics.
  • Conduct workshops to optimize the use of Samsara products.
  • Help French-speaking customers implement IoT solutions.
  • Understand and explain the capabilities of the Samsara platform.
  • Mentor other Customer Success and Support team members.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Customer Success or account management.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience with technical products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trust and communicate effectively.
  • Passion for customer service and initiative.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
