Overview

As a Customer Success Associate at dLocal, you will assist customers experiencing operational or procedural difficulties with our products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.

• Assist customers with operational issues related to products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Passion for customer success.
• Experience in Customer Support teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and resourcefulness.
• Fluency in English.
• Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Excel skills are advantageous.
