The Customer Success Associate will work remotely within the Philippines, providing proactive and reactive support to a growing customer base in the vacation rental industry.

Requirements

• Ability to manage a large portfolio of accounts.
• Proven track record of driving customer success.
• Native-level English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work in North American, APAC, or EMEA time zones.
