The Senior Lead, Sales Programs will design and execute strategic sales programs to drive revenue growth, collaborating with various teams to ensure program success.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, or Business Operations.
  • Experience in a cloud-based data or AI company preferred.
  • Proven success in designing revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with data extraction capabilities.
  • Experience with executive messaging and visual storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and sales analytics tools.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
