Senior Proposal Lead - Remote

Overview

We invite an experienced Proposal Lead to join Dev.Pro's Engineering Presales team. You'll manage the entire lifecycle of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs – from opportunity assessment and prospect research to proposal development, presentation, and transition to the delivery team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in proposal development, bid management, and RFP processes
• Experience in software development and a strong understanding of SDLC
• Profound knowledge of the business development lifecycle
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to create and convey compelling value propositions
• Ability to build rapport with different buyer personas and ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, with a structured and detail-oriented approach
