Proposal Lead - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Proposal Lead to join our team, focusing on leading proposal teams to submit compliant, compelling and winning proposals for the Federal government.

In Short

• Lead the full lifecycle of proposal activities.
• Drive proposal processes and maintain leadership for proposal efforts.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to craft proposal strategies.
• Ensure compliance with solicitation instructions.
• Oversee the development of proposal content and graphics.
• Conduct color team reviews to enhance proposal content.
• Participate in the development of demos, white papers, and presentations.
• Travel as required for contract sites and business needs.
• Mentor less experienced authors and SMEs.
• Manage multiple complex proposals simultaneously.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in federal proposals.
• Experience with Digital Transformation, Data Science, and Location Intelligence.
• Knowledge of federal procurement processes.
• Proficiency in SharePoint and TEAMS.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong Microsoft Word skills.
• Ability to lead technical and management volumes.
• Independent worker with strong research and analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• BA/BS degree preferred; work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
