Team Lead, Proposal Manager - Remote

Overview

As Team Lead, Proposal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Zip’s enterprise growth by leading and executing the bid process for procurement technology solutions. You will work cross-functionally to develop high-impact, solution-focused proposals that articulate Zip’s value proposition to enterprise clients.

In Short

• Lead and manage the end-to-end RFx process.
• Develop compelling, high-quality proposals for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and other teams.
• Build and maintain a repository of reusable content.
• Refine bid management workflows for efficiency.
• Track and analyze bid performance metrics.

Requirements

• Experience in bid management, proposal writing, or RFx project management.
• Understanding of financial and procurement processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
