Proposal Manager - Remote

Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Proposal Manager to support our RFP processes with our sales teams. This is a remote position, allowing candidates to reside anywhere within Canada.

• Lead the Proposal Process – Manage end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
• Craft Winning Content – Develop compelling cover letters and executive summaries.
• Maintain a Competitive Edge – Research clients and competitors to create tailored proposals.
• Refine and Optimize – Identify new content and enhance proposal effectiveness using AI technology.
• Assess and Implement – Manage client changes and schedule impacts.
• Collaborate & Innovate – Partner with sales and client relationship executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in proposal development.
• Strong persuasive writing skills.
• Proficiency in Associated Press (AP) style standards.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Expertise in proposal management software and digital tools.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat.
• APMP or Shipley certification is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in French/English is a strong asset.
