Senior Client Delivery Analyst - Remote

Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Analyst to join our Information Systems & Technology team. The role can be based out of the Burlington head office, with hybrid work options available.

In Short

• Coordinate and support ITSM projects including new unit openings and technology refreshes.
• Define and maintain technical standards for in-unit network infrastructure.
• Design and document network infrastructure including firewall and switch configurations.
• Provide level 3 support for PCs, servers, and network infrastructure.
• Develop workflows and functional requirements documentation.
• Manage external vendors and contractors to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology, with a minimum of 5 years in server and networking equipment.
• Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and project management skills.
• Ability to provide Level 3 support for PC, software, and hardware.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to develop and modify moderately complex information systems.
• Fluent in written and oral English; French is an asset.
