Develop your career within a company that shares your passion! Our payroll team offers an exciting new opportunity to join Sodexo as the next Bilingual Payroll Specialist. This opportunity is open to candidates located anywhere in Canada and can be fully remote or hybrid in our Montreal office.

In Short

  • Process payroll for all units across Canada.
  • Input updates in ADP, CAP, and UKG.
  • Calculate and process garnishments, withholdings, and payroll adjustments.
  • Prepare Records of Employment (ROE) in coordination with ADP.
  • Manage electronic fund transfers (EFT) and issue manual checks.
  • Handle payment disputes, recalls, rejected deposits, and inquiries.
  • Generate reports in ADP, CAP, and UKG for internal and external requests.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and provincial payroll laws.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in handling employee and payroll information.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to payroll processes and systems.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of payroll experience.
  • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written) required.
  • PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) certification is a plus.
  • Experience processing payroll in Quebec is an asset.
  • Knowledge of ADP GlobalView is a plus.
  • Experience with UKG Pro WFM is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
