Proposal Manager - Remote

Overview

The Proposal Manager will lead and develop winning proposals, support business development activities, and ensure compliance with Federal government solicitation requirements.

• Lead end-to-end proposal development process for RFPs/RFQs.
• Support pre-planning activities for targeted pipeline opportunities.
• Research and track solicitations on government platforms.
• Prepare proposal management artifacts and communicate updates.
• Author non-technical sections and proofread proposals.
• Conduct color reviews and track RFP/RFQ amendments.
• Ensure compliance and compelling proposal responses.
• Lead proposal teams and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

• Remote work environment with occasional travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Federal proposal management.
• Strong understanding of Federal Government contracting process.
• Proven ability to lead large proposal teams.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to create original content and organize material effectively.
• Passion for learning new ideas and concepts.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Slack is a plus.
