Senior Proposal Manager - Remote

Overview

OCH Technologies is looking for a seasoned Sr. Proposal Manager to join our growing team and help drive our federal business development initiatives. In this key role, you’ll shape our proposal strategy and lead cross-functional teams to deliver winning solutions for DOD, DHS, and Civilian markets.

In Short

• Drive the proposal team to produce technically proficient winning proposals.
• Manage and develop large-scale proposals.
• Shape compelling win strategies and value propositions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive proposal timelines and outlines.
• Write and edit technical proposals and other documents.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members.
• Prepare and facilitate color team reviews.
• Research and analyze target audience needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts.
• Implement and maintain proposal development best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT-related field or relevant Communications/Technical Writing.
• 10+ years of experience in proposal management and technical writing.
• Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance matrix creation.
• Familiar with Shipley Proposal Development processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
