Full Stack Developer - Remote

Overview

OCH Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a position supporting the FAA’s NAS Defense Program. The Software Developer will provide Full Stack Development and Documentation support for the FAA. Candidate must have strong expertise in React or another modern framework (Angular, Vue, etc.), Node.js, or Python and MongoDB.

In Short

• Support the FAA’s NAS Defense Program.
• Provide Full Stack Development and Documentation support.
• Gather requirements and perform testing.
• Develop system documentation including architecture and design documents.
• Participate in coding exercises, code reviews, and team discussions.
• Create UI wireframes for new software functionalities.
• Develop unit tests using Jest and other testing libraries.
• Support technical and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with security clearance requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Math or Science.
• At least eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience with React, Node.js, MongoDB, and GIS technologies.
• Experience developing Docker-based web applications.
• Familiarity with Atlassian products like JIRA and Bitbucket.
• Ability to hold and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• Experience with CI/CD systems and the MERN stack is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
