Overview

The Strategic Account Specialist acts as a liaison between customers, sales, and production facilities, coordinating the production of client jobs to meet service agreements and customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience.
  • Ability to identify and develop solutions for critical elements.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Business acumen and collaborative problem-solving skills.
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Windows and other technical tools.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Strong understanding of communication impacts on organization.
