Overview

The Strategic Accounts Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to top distributors and key accounts, ensuring high service levels and efficient order management.

Requirements

  • College degree or 5+ years in customer service or medical industry.
  • Experience in a virtual team dynamic preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data reporting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Experience with ERP systems like JDE or SAP is desirable.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Self-motivated with strong learning agility.
