Overview

The Strategic Account Manager at RRD is responsible for maintaining and growing customer accounts, ensuring sales opportunities are maximized through effective client relationships and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven outside sales and account management experience.
  • Media experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to use data and insights for solution selling.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to educate and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create compelling marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing client relationships effectively.
