Project/Process Manager (Engineering) - Remote

Overview

The Project/Process Manager (Engineering) is responsible for the design, development and execution of strategic initiatives, as well as the tactical deployment of manufacturing solutions.

In Short

• Responsible for the analysis, evaluation, solution development, build, and testing of complex applications.
• Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures.
• Function as technical experts throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Analyze business systems to determine effectiveness by identifying inadequacies and recommending solutions.
• Manage the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles and processes.
• Ensure compliance of products, applications, and systems with quality methods.
• Manage internal and external customer interactions throughout the Project Development Life Cycle.
• Share expertise and help train other employees as assigned.
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent planning, scoping, scheduling, and delivery skills.
• Manufacturing management and/or project management experience.
• Ability to execute capital projects managing groups of employees and suppliers.
• Experience in onsite/offshore coordination.
• Proven ability to develop relationships by networking within and outside the company.
• Experience in finding solutions to business needs through teamwork.
• Budget responsibilities for projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
