Remote Legal Processing Associate

Overview

The Remote Legal Processing Associate will provide word processing and document production services for clients, requiring experience in CA litigation.

In Short

• Work remotely from Saturday to Tuesday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Pay rate of $19.00/hour plus a 15% shift differential on weekends.
• Perform document production according to established policies.
• Utilize MS Office software and other document editing tools.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Meet deadlines and manage workflow efficiently.
• Assist in training junior staff members.
• Provide quality assurance on document production work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal or corporate environment.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential documents.
• Experience with document production preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
