Payments Processing Associate - Remote

Overview

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established multi-regulated broker, found in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Payments Processing Associate in Serbia (remote).

In Short

• Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Update the CRM and Platform systems with relevant information.
• Communicate with the Back Office Manager regarding issues.
• Assist in timely investigation of client requests/complaints.
• Support Onboarding/Support teams in client queries.
• Work with Compliance and Risk teams on specific client cases.
• Conciliate with customers on payment issues.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by management.

Requirements

• Around 1 year of experience in payments or financial operations.
• Computer literacy with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• University/College Degree in Business/Economics/Finance.
• Experience communicating with clients is a plus.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in shifts Monday-Friday.
