Overview

RR Donnelley is seeking a Presentation Designer to join their Menlo Park team, responsible for creating high-quality presentations for investment banking clients.

In Short

• Produce high-quality pitch books and presentations.
• Import and revise graphics files.
• Create multi-page documents using templates.
• Maintain job tracking data.
• Coordinate workflow within the team.
• Handle sensitive documents.
• Train new employees.
• Assist with monthly metrics and reporting.
• May work with motion graphics.
• Collaborate on complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4 years of presentation or graphic design experience.
• Excellent design sense and awareness of trends.
• Ability to translate complex data visually.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Financial industry experience is a plus.
• Deadline management skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
