Overview

The University Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter is responsible for representing RR Donnelley to external parties, helping market the company and jobs to attract the best talent, with a specific focus on university students for entry-level roles and internships.

In Short

  • Support the creation/updating of job postings for university recruitment programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, focusing on university talent.
  • Experience with sourcing candidates through various mediums.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience using ATS.
  • Intermediate Boolean search knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to learn local, state, and federal employment regulations.
