Overview

The University Recruiter is responsible for delivering exceptional talent and maintaining communication throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for the client.

• Maintain relationships with campus contracts and attend campus events.
• Research and build campus recruitment strategies.
• Develop recruitment marketing and sourcing plans.
• Engage candidates through various media.
• Influence hires by keeping candidates informed.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications against requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Build early talent pipelines.
• Provide regular reports on recruiting activities.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and articulate job offers.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years' recruiting experience.
• Experience in healthcare, RPO, or agency.
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of human resources principles.
