Client Service Professional - Remote

Overview

The Client Service Professional at RRD will provide post-sales customer contact for inbound order fulfillment of print and print-related services. This role involves executing orders, managing client communications, and ensuring quality service delivery.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations or office environments.
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office or similar software.
• Able to manage deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
