Overview

The company is seeking a territory-based Account Executive to drive new business growth by selling directly to K–12 school districts at the C-suite level.

In Short

  • Drive new business growth in K–12 education.
  • Sell directly to decision-makers in school districts.
  • Responsible for building pipeline and closing deals.
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team for smooth handoffs.
  • Meet and exceed a ≥ $800K annual quota.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Willingness to travel approximately one week per month.
  • 3+ years of experience in EdTech or SaaS sales.
  • Proven ability to self-source pipeline and exceed quotas.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of documented wins in new business sales.
  • Self-sourcing of 70%+ of pipeline.
  • Metrics-driven mindset with examples of success.
  • Comfortable challenging executives with data insights.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
  • Understanding of staffing and scheduling in public schools.
  • Willingness to travel for demos and meetings.
