Requirements

• 6+ years of recruiting experience.
• Proven experience working with founders and senior leaders.
• Comfortable advising and influencing decisions.
• Experience in executive search or senior technical recruiting.
• Organized and outcome-oriented approach.
• Experience with U.S. companies is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work U.S. business hours.
