Overview

The Director of Client Experience is responsible for overseeing the entire post-sale experience, ensuring that every client engagement is smooth, strategic, and results-driven.

In Short

  • Lead the end-to-end client experience journey.
  • Act as the voice of the client, ensuring expectations are met.
  • Collaborate with global delivery teams for timely execution.
  • Design and manage a structured Client Engagement Framework.
  • Partner with Sales, Implementation, and Operations.

  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of Client Experience Managers.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards for client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to promote client success stories.
  • Drive a “Client-First Mindset” across all teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Client Experience or Customer Success.
  • Proven success in building client engagement frameworks.
  • Ability to drive collaboration across multiple departments.
  • Understanding of remote workforce dynamics and global service delivery.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Empathetic and strategic leader.
