Director - Client Experience, D365 CE - Remote

Overview

Argano is seeking an experienced Director of Client Experience (DCE) to join the Team and lead strategic initiatives and implementation of large Dynamics projects. The DCE must have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications with an emphasis on Customer Engagement & knowledge of Power Platform and the Microsoft Ecosystem.

• Cross/Upsell services to align with strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Project Management and Relationship Management.
• Experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Expertise in Microsoft platform solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrated pre-sales ability.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
