Overview

The Account Director will work with clients in various sectors, leveraging digital marketing strategies to drive performance and business outcomes.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify strategies for performance improvement.
  • Participate in other tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of digital marketing experience in strategic planning and client services.
  • Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction.
  • Extensive experience with CRM or Marketing Operations platforms.
  • Campaign leadership skills in a multi-channel environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with executive-level contacts.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for problem-solving.
